Heaven and Earth

Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the old heaven and the old earth had disappeared.
Revelation 21:1 (NLT)

I really enjoyed this 7 minute video about heaven and earth by The Bible Project.  In the Garden of Eden, heaven and earth were the same.  After Adam and Eve’s first sin, heaven and earth became separate spaces.  The video’s illustrations helped me understand how and when they sometimes overlap as well as how animal sacrifice works and
how Jesus’ death wiped away our sin.  Pretty good work by the creators!

Watch and let me know if you learned anything new.  The Bible Project also has two videos about the book of Genesis you might find helpful.

Watch the video Nayna. I think you'll learn a lot about what Christians believe. Thanks for taking time to read and comment.

Cathy, thanks for another meaningful sharing. The Garden of Eden was indeed Heaven. Blessings!
