My Heartfelt Prayer For You

I pray that the great God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ
may give you the wisdom of His Spirit. Then you will be able to understand the
secrets about Him as you know Him better. I pray that your hearts will be able to understand. I pray that you will know about the hope given by God’s call. I pray that you will see how great the things are that He has promised to those who belong to Him. I pray that you will know how great His power is for those who have put their trust in Him. It is the same power that raised Christ from the dead. This same power put Christ at God’s right side in heaven.

Ephesians 1:17-20 (NLV)

Again today, I share a Scripture passage selected for a confirmation student that I also
earnestly pray over you. Reread today’s Scripture hearing me plead with God on
your behalf.

Do you feel the hope that comes with believing?

Do you rely on His amazing promises?

Do you know that the same power that raised Christ from the dead resides in you?

With all my heart, I want you to experience the personal God whose Spirit of wisdom lives in you. Knowing Him better requires trust. It requires putting Him first and
making some changes. The cost may seem high, but that’s because you can’t yet
envision the reward of life in His presence.

Open your mouth and taste, open your eyes and see – how good God is. Blessed are you who run to Him (Psalm 34:8-MSG).

Do you know the hope that comes with following Jesus? (tweet this)
