God Radar

1 Corinthians 2:10-11 (NLT) – It was to us that God revealed
these things by His Spirit.  For His
Spirit searches out everything and shows us God’s deep secrets.  No one can know a person’s thoughts except
that person’s own spirit, and no one can know God’s thoughts except God’s own
Spirit.

God Wants You to Know…..  I’m a fan of a Facebook page by that
name.  They send me a daily message from
God.

Message from God

Wouldn’t you like it to be as simple
as God posting to your wall or texting a straightforward word of encouragement
or direction?  A burning bush would be
nice!  These days, God seems to be more
subtle, but we can still hear from Him because He has filled us with His Spirit
– the Holy Spirit.

God continues to speak to us, but
from inside.  It’s a matter of having
your God radar turned on.  When we read
scripture, the news or billboards, He opens our eyes to certain words.  He provides opportunities that we either
recognize or ignore.  God is that little
voice inside and all around you.  Learn to
identify the thought that crosses your mind as being from God.  It’s not always easy.  God often has to repeat Himself several times,
in a variety of ways, before I hear it.

What is God flashing on your radar screen today?

Spend a few minutes to plant a quick Seed. Or stay longer and plant a whole garden.

Each post is a brief scriptural thought that will grow as you let it take root in your thoughts. If you have time, dig into one area of interest and plant a whole garden.
