Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl.
Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.
In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your
goodness and glorify your Father in heaven.

Spring
has arrived. It’s school vacation this week in Massachusetts. The Boston
Marathon is Monday. My son is on a school trip to Italy. I’m taking advantage
of reduced responsibilities this week to borrow a generous friend’s house for a
study retreat. I would appreciate prayers for enlightenment and rest.

Praying for you. We are the light in the darkness. Some may run from it but others will be drawn to it. We reflect that light back to God for His glory and purpose. Have a great week.
